Return and Shipping Policy

We understand things will not always go according to the plan and we are here to help for you.
Shipping
We will aim to dispatch the items within 1-2 working day of orders being placed.
 
Free Delivery
Delivery is free on all orders to the UK Mainland.
We offer a free economy delivery service via Yodel or Royal Mail.  They aim for the delivery between 2-5 working days depending on the area.  All delivery times are estimated.

Express Delivery
You can upgrade the delivery to Express at the checkout.
We offer Express delivery via Evri and Royal Mail which is a non-guaranteed next working day delivery to the UK Mainland, which is charged at £3.99 per item.
Order Cancellation & Returning Goods
 
If you are not satisfied with any products that have not been engraved or personalised, you can return them within 14 working days, starting from the day after the day of delivery, for a refund or credit. It is your responsibility to return the items in pristine condition and original boxes and packaging.

The cost of returning goods is to be met by you. We advise that you obtain proof of postage and return the items via a reputable courier or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

Please ensure that the goods are suitably packaged to prevent damage in transit. We reserve the right to deduct the cost of replacing these items from any refund when goods are returned to us damaged.

Your right to return or cancel goods to us does not apply to any items that have been personalised for you.

Please notify us as soon as possible when you wish to cancel an order that has not been dispatched. If an order has been personalised unfortunately you will be unable to cancel or edit the personalisation.

Faulty Goods Policy
 
If the goods are faulty, incorrect, or damaged on delivery, we will meet the cost of return if we ask you to return them. We may ask you to email photographs in the first instance.

We shall not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss, or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions.

How to Notify us
 
You should email us at info@simplypersonalisedgifts.com to notify us of your return and explain the reason why so we can record the return.  You can also use Contact Us page from the website.
